Aside from that it has taken me a long time to get to breaking point regarding the multiple bad experiences I have endured from the reception staff (Joyce excluded) but Rebecca you finally succeeded in wearing me down, congratulations you win the award for worst customer service provider EVER. Your systems failed to secure my appointment and you really don't care, YOUR SYSTEMS FAILED. You made no attempt to seek a solution. This is not a nail appointment I'm trying to book.
